Two distinct communication tasks
Quality, health, safety, environment, and security cover different responsibilities. The QHSES film brings them into a shared leadership message. A separate film, Our Values – Integrity, explores the trust people place in work that may serve them for generations.

My contribution
For Our Values – Integrity, I developed the concept, wrote the script, and managed the project. For the QHSES video, I wrote the script, developed the storyboard, and directed the piece. The QHSES work formed part of a broader culture initiative that included leadership messaging, emails, intranet stories, and town halls.

Making the message concrete
The films approach corporate expectations from different angles. QHSES gathers five responsibilities into one message about excellence. Integrity connects an abstract value to a practical obligation: people should be able to trust work they were not there to witness.
