Building the capability
I established in-house podcast production at Huntsman, oversaw a studio, and developed the corporate production process and approval framework.

Making expertise accessible
The subjects range from insulation and semiconductor manufacturing to the intern experience. As host, I use journalistic interviewing skills to put guests at ease, draw out their knowledge, and find explanations that make sense beyond their specialty. I prepared and produced each selected episode as well.

Choosing the voices
The technical episodes put explanation in the hands of subject specialists. The Intern Experience pairs the recruiting leader’s perspective with interns’ own accounts. The published conversations show how an interview format can serve both technical explanation and a story about people.
